CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 - 4 boneless chicken thighs or breasts, cubed
1 pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. bread crumbs

Heat chicken at 350°F for 20 minutes. Cut into pieces. Mix together chicken, broccoli, and soups and put in casserole dish. Mix together mayonnaise and lemon juice; spread over casserole. Mix together cheese and bread crumbs; spread over top of casserole. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more.
