VANILLA ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
2 slight c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream
1/2 gallon whole milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs thoroughly; add sugar. Whip cream, not too stiff; add to eggs and sugar mixture, beating mixture well. Add half of milk and vanilla. Pour in churn, finish pouring milk to line of churn. Makes one gallon.
