RECIPE COLLECTION
“THREE CHEESE LASAGNA” IS IN:

THREE CHEESE LASAGNA 
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 lbs. ground beef (or 1 lb. ea. ground beef and Italian sausage)
2 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lg. can tomatoes with 1 tbsp. sugar (do NOT drain juice)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. lasagna noodles
1 1/2 lb. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Romano or Parmesan cheese

Heat oils. Add beef and sausage, onions and garlic; brown. Drain off oils. Add all ingredients to meats in a large pot EXCEPT noodles, cottage cheese and other cheeses. Simmer 1/2 hour.

Prepare noodles; grease baking dish (deep). Layer sauce, noodles, cheese (end with sauce). Repeat. Sprinkle Romano or Parmesan on top. Cover with aluminum foil.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
