KATIE'S CORN BREAD 
2 c. cornmeal mix
1/8 c. self rising flour
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. sugar

Grease needed size pan. Mix all ingredients. If mixture is stiff, add more milk. Heat greased pan until hot. Pour mix into hot pan, bake at 425 degrees until top is golden brown, about 20 minutes.
