Chicken pieces
Salt & pepper
1 jar apricot preserves
2 pkgs. dry onion soup
1/2 jar Wishbone Italian salad dressing

Season pieces with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients and roll chicken in mixture and place in baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with French bread.
