CREAMY BROCCOLI SOUP 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
10 oz. frozen, chopped, cooked broccoli
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Great served with croutons on top

Saute onions in butter. Reduce heat to medium. Add milk and cream cheese; stir until cream cheese is melted. Add remaining ingredients, heat thoroughly; stirring occasionally. May use cauliflower, asparagus or spinach in place of broccoli.
