1 stick butter 1 stick BUTTER 1/2 c. sugar Graham cracker cookies Chopped pecans Confectioners' sugar Boil first 3 ingredients for 3 minutes. Break apart cookies and place on a flat cookie sheet (let cookies touch). Pour boiled mixture over the cookies. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool slightly and remove from the cookie sheet after sprinkling with confectioners' sugar. | |
