BAKED CUSTARD 
2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. nutmeg

Beat slightly to mix eggs, sugar and salt. Scald milk; add vanilla. Pour mixture into egg mixture. Pour into small cake pan and place small cake pan into a large cake pan with hot water in it. Sprinkle nutmeg on custard.

Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
