3 eggs
2 c. milk, scalded
4 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat 3 eggs well. Add sugar, salt and vanilla to scalded milk and mix. Blend in eggs and pour into Pyrex baking or individual custard cups. Place dish or cups in pan of hot water in 300 degree oven and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
