SUGAR FREE BAKED CUSTARD 
4 c. skim or low fat milk
4 slightly beaten eggs
4 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. liquid sweetener
Pinch of salt

Combine ingredients and put in 1 cup size baking dishes. Place bowls in pan which has 1 inch of water in bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 4 cups. May be used for breakfast or lunch.

This recipe makes more than 4 cups - when I made this it made nearly 6 cups! So be careful, if you are making some for yourself and two or less other people, I'd recommend cutting this in half.
