SUGAR FREE BAKED CUSTARD | |
4 c. skim or low fat milk 4 slightly beaten eggs 4 tsp. vanilla 4 tsp. liquid sweetener Pinch of salt Combine ingredients and put in 1 cup size baking dishes. Place bowls in pan which has 1 inch of water in bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 4 cups. May be used for breakfast or lunch. |
