MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tall can evaporated milk (1 2/3 c.)
Pepper to taste

Combine ingredients; blend thoroughly. Pack into well-greased loaf pan. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 50-60 minutes. Yield: approximately 8-10 servings.
