CREAMY DIJON SAUCE 
1 pt. heavy cream
2 tbsp. butter
2 heaping tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of black pepper
Salt (optional)

Melt butter over low heat and blend in flour. Gradually blend in cream, stirring well. Add Dijon and dry mustard. Simmer for about 5 minutes or until thick. Salt and pepper to taste.
