CHICKEN CATTIATORE | |
2 med. onions, thinly sliced 3 to 4 c. cut up chicken, cooked 1/2 tsp. oregano 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. basil 1/4 tsp. bay 1/4 c. dry white wine Place sliced onions in bottom of a crock pot. Add chicken pieces, tomatoes, tomato paste and spices. Pour wine over spices. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours (high 3 to 4 hours). Serve over spaghetti or vermicelli. |
