CHICKEN WITH WINE 
6 chicken breasts, boneless (cutlets)
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. bread crumbs, plain
1 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pound chicken between waxed paper. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Blend butter and spices in dish. Cut cheese into six slices. Roll chicken with slice of cheese. Roll in flour. Dip in beaten eggs, then dip into bread crumbs. Place in baking dish. Pour butter and spice mixture over chicken. Bake 20 minutes. Add wine and bake 15 minutes more or until done. Serves 6.
