THE BEST PUMPKIN PUDDING 
1 cup pumpkin (canned)
2/3 milk
1 package vanilla instant pudding
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 cups Cool Whip
graham crackers (to crumble on top)

Combine pumpkin, milk, vanilla, and instant pudding together in a bowl.

Add the nutmeg, cinnamon, and fold in the Cool Whip.

Sprinkle the crumbled graham crackers on top.

Serves 6.

Looooooved this! The only thing I did different was I used the whole whipped topping/Cool Whip because it wasn't much more. My husband loves this and I can't make enough!

This is great!!! The only thing I changed is that I used 1 1/2 tablespoons of pumpkin pie spice mix. I like a little extra spice.
