FINNISH OVEN PANCAKE 
4 eggs
4 c. milk or evaporated milk and water
2 c. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter

Mix the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, salt and 2 tablespoons of the butter in a large bowl. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to grease a large cake pan, something near 10 x 20 x 1 inches. Pour the batter into the well-buttered pan.

Bake at 450 degrees for about 15 minutes. Then pancake should be crisp and brown. Serve hot with jam or syrup, cold as a cake; hot or cold with any topping you can think of, including ice cream.
