6 large eggs, beaten well 2 tbsp. sugar 4 c. whole milk 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 stick butter Heat pan with 1 stick butter (cookie sheet type). Beat together remaining ingredients. Pour batter into hot pan with melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with jam. | |
