SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 lb. squash
1 carrot
1 onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 (1 lb.) bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Melt butter and stir in 3/4 package of stuffing mix and set aside. Cook together squash, carrot and onion until tender. Add soup, milk and stuffing mix with butter. Pour into baking dish, spread remaining stuffing mix on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
