TUNA AND POTATO CHIP CASSEROLE 
1 can tuna, drained
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. onion, diced
1 tbsp. butter
6 1/2 oz. bag of potato chips

Combine tuna, soup, and milk. Sauté celery and onion in butter and add to mixture. Crush enough potato chips to thicken mixture. Pour into a casserole dish and add a layer of crushed chips on top.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
