MY GRANDMOTHER'S CHICKEN SOUP 
8 c. water
2 stalks celery with leaves, cut up
3-4 sliced carrots
2 onions (1 cut in pieces, 1 whole) (optional)
Bunch of parsley (flat leaves)
Bunch of dill, chopped
1 chicken, skin removed
Salt, about 1 tbsp.
Pepper
Bay leaf (optional)
Sprinkle dehydrated vegetables (optional)
Short noodles (optional)

1. Wash vegetables - peel carrots and such.

2. Skin chicken, remove fat.

3. Wash and tie parsley leaves and dill.

4. Place ingredients into pot with water, season; bring to boil.

5. Lower heat, cook 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
