WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice
8 slices cheese
2 med. onions, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. Milnot
1 stick butter

Cook rice according to directions and add a pinch more salt. Saute onions, pepper and mushrooms in butter. Place rice, sauteed ingredients and cheese in layers in greased dish. Repeat the layering. Pour Milnot over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
