MUSTARD CHICKEN 
5 boned, skinned chicken breasts
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
5 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
Salt & pepper

Melt 1 stick butter. Blend in vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken in a baking pan. (This can marinate overnight or go right in oven.) Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. During last 10 minutes, add mushrooms which have been sauteed in remaining 1/2 stick butter.
