PINEAPPLE TAPIOCA 
1 pt. water
1/3 c. Minute tapioca
A pinch of salt

Cook tapioca until clear, add 1 can of crushed pineapple, 1/2 cup granulated sugar. Let ingredients come to a boil, pour over 16 cut up marshmallows or 64 miniature marshmallows. When dessert is cool add Maraschino cherries on top.
