PINEAPPLE PIE | |
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 c. sugar 2 3/4 tbsp. tapioca 9" unbaked 2-crust pie shell Mix together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter. Top with pie crust. Bake in oven at 375 degree until light brown. To make 10" pie, use 1 1/2 cans crushed pineapple, 1 1/2 cups sugar and 4 1/2 tablespoon tapioca. |
