GOLDEN LEMON CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. warm tap water
4 eggs
1 (303) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 tsp. lemon extract

GLAZE:

2/3 c. orange juice
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. confectioners sugar

In large mixing bowl combine cake mix, oil, warm water, eggs, lemon gelatin, and lemon extract. Beat on medium speed until well blended. Pour batter into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean).

Mix orange juice, sugar, lemon juice, and confectioners sugar into saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Let cool at least 10 minutes.

Using a toothpick poke holes in top of cake. Pour glaze over top and sides of cake.
