CHOCOLATE ICE CAKE | |
1/2 c. soft butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 (1 oz.) sq. chocolate, melted 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. cake flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. ice water Cream butter. Add sugar and cream well. Add eggs and beat well. Blend in cooled chocolate and vanilla. Add flour, salt and soda, alternately with ice water. Bake in a greased 10 inch square pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until pulls away from pan edges. |
