PORK CHOPS AND SCALLOPED
POTATOES
 
6 pork chops, browned
8 med. potatoes, pared and sliced
1 sm. onion
1 can condensed cream of mushroom or celery soup
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
Pepper
Cheddar cheese (as much as you prefer)

In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, alternate layers of potatoes, onion and cheese. Mix soup, milk and seasonings together. Pour mixture over potatoes. Top with browned pork chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done.
