GREEN BEAN BASILICO 
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. green beans, trimmed and cut in half

In a large skillet, saute garlic, onion and green pepper in butter until soft. Stir in basil, oregano and salt. Toss green beans with the vegetables until beans are bright green.

Cover skillet and let vegetables cook for 1 minute. If green beans are crisp but tender, then are ready to be served. Otherwise cook them longer.
