HAM AND BROCCOLI STIR FRY 
1 whole (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 whole garlic, peeled, minced
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 whole green pepper, seeded and cut in thin strips
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 whole large tomato, chopped
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 c. chopped cooked ham
2 tsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tsp. water

Cut off broccoli flowerets and set aside. Trim and cut stalks diagonally in thin strips. Heat oil with salt in wok. Add garlic, celery, green pepper, onion and broccoli stalks. Stir fry about 1 minute. Add tomato, poultry seasoning and ham. Cover and steam for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place broccoli flowerets on top of vegetables and ham. Cover and steam for 5 minutes. Uncover and stir in dissolved cornstarch. Cook until thickened. Makes 4 servings.
