PIZZA MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 (8 oz.) cans Hunts tomato sauce
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. grated Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese

Combine beef, eggs, cracker crumbs, onions, 1/3 cup tomato sauce and spices. Mix well and shape into flat rectangle on wax paper. Sprinkle grated Mozzarella evenly over meat. Roll up like jelly roll and press ends to seal. Bake in shallow dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour, drain excess fat. Pour remaining tomato sauce, add grated Cheddar over roll. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
