OATMEAL FUDGE BARS 
2 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
3 c. oatmeal (quick)
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Grease jelly roll pan. Mix brown sugar, 3/4 cup butter, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in Bisquick and oats until uniform consistency. Heat chocolate chips, milk, 2 tablespoons butter and salt in 2 quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Press 2/3 oatmeal mixture in pan. Spread chocolate mixture over oatmeal layer. Drop remaining oatmeal mixture on top, a little at a time. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
