JAPANESE MEAT BALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 can drained bean sprouts
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Mix well and form into small balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.

SAUCE:

1 jar chili sauce
1 jar currant jelly

Melt together on low heat. Dip meatballs in sauce.
