BUFFET MEAT BALLS 
1 bottle chili sauce
1 c. grape jelly
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix and bring to boil over medium heat. Boil 3 to 5 minutes; set aside. Mix 1 or 2 pounds hamburg with chopped onion, salt and pepper. Form into small balls. Put on cookie sheet, with sides. Place in hot oven, 375 to 400 degrees to brown. These will cook fast depending on how small the meatballs are. Put meatballs and sauce in crock pot to keep hot to serve. These freeze well. Thaw overnight to heat to use.
