COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract

CRUMB MIX:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Alternate sour cream with next 4 ingredients. Fold in vanilla and lemon extract. Spread one half mixture in long baking pan and sprinkle with 1/2 crumb mixture. Then add remainder of mixture and sprinkle with 1/2 crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
