FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
8 oz. box spinach noodles, cooked & drained
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. flour
2 c. whipping cream
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Pepper, freshly ground

In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute. Add cream and cook, stirring until slightly thickened, about 4 minutes. Add cheese and stir until melted. Place hot noodles in a heated bowl or deep platter. Pour cheese sauce over and toss lightly. Grate pepper over top. Serves 6 to 8.

To microwave sauce, place butter in a glass dish. Microwave on High 30 to 45 seconds. Stir in flour, cook 1 minute. Add cream and stir. Cook 1 minute. Add cream and stir. Cook 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds. Add cheese and cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Pour sauce over hot noodles and toss lightly.

Very good!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
