REUBEN ROLL - UPS 
1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained & chopped
1 tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
8 thin sliced cooked corn beef
2 slices Swiss cheese

Separate dough into 8 triangles. Cut cheese into 16 strips. Mix sauerkraut and dressing. Place one slice of meat across wide end of each triangle. Spread 2 tablespoons sauerkraut mix on each meat slice; top with 2 strips of cheese. Roll up, beginning at wide end. Bake at 375 degrees until brown, 10 to 15 minutes.
