SCALLOPED CORN AND OYSTERS 
1 qt. fresh oysters, cut up
2 (15 1/4 oz.) cans creamed corn
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
4 c. coarsely rolled cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter

In small saucepan melt butter and add the crumbs.

In a separate bowl combine corn, milk, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce. layer in baking dish, 3 layers of crumbs and 2 each of corn and oysters. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until hot through.
