1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Sprinkle of salt and pepper and garlic powder
1 pkg. deluxe macaroni and cheese
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef, onion, peppers, and seasonings; drain well. Prepare macaroni as directed on package (including the cheese in the box). Add milk, sour cream, and hamburger to mixture and pour into casserole dish. Top with cheddar cheese and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
