RABBIT 
Rabbit
Flour for dredging
4 tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
3 pinches dried thyme
3 bay leaves
2/3 c. meat stock
2/3 c. tart white wine
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. chopped mushrooms

Cut rabbit in desired pieces, dredge with flour and brown in butter. Add rest of ingredients. Bake in 350 degree oven until tender.

Serves 6-8.
