CORNBREAD FOR STUFFING 
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/3 tbsp. double action baking powder

Beat together 1 minute all ingredients. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees in a greased 8 inch square pan. Crumble when cool.
