CORNBREAD STUFFING 
2 (8 1/2 oz.) pkgs. Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 (1 lb.) pkgs. pork sausage
2 eggs
Celery
Onions
Bell peppers

Take 2 boxes of corn muffin mix, 2 eggs, 1 cup milk; blend or mix it all together and bake at 400 degrees. Bake for 20-30 minutes. When done, put aside and let cool.
