CORNBREAD STUFFING | |
(Use as a substitute for potatoes or as a side dish) 1 can whole kernel corn, drained 1 can creamed corn 2 sticks melted butter 1 box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix 8 oz. sour cream 1 tbsp. sugar Mix all ingredients, add to a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake 375 degrees for 1 hour. |
