CRAB APPETIZER 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 env. Knox gelatin
4 tbsp. water
1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 sm. onion, minced
6 1/2 oz. can crab meat or 1/2 lb. fresh crab

Mix gelatin in water, add to heated soup. Mix cheese and Miracle Whip. Add cheese, onion and crab. Mix well and pour into greased mold. Refrigerate overnight. Unmold and place on plate of red lettuce. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
