SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 med. raw potato, grated
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. grated bread
2 tbsp. sweet cream or milk
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together and form into little balls. Brown on all sides. Put meatballs into casserole. Make a sauce by mixing 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can of water together in saucepan. Add 1 medium onion, finely cut to soup and bring to a boil. Pour this over meatballs and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
