EASY CHICKEN ALA KING 
1 can (2 oz.) mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 tbsp. chopped pimento

Brown mushrooms and pepper in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Serve over pastry shells or biscuits. Add green peas, if desired.
