1 1/2 lbs. chopped meat
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. milk
3 beaten eggs
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. diced green pepper
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 frozen pie shell (thawed) (or 2 shallow pie shells)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown chopped meat, onion, pepper. Drain fat, set aside.

Combine all other ingredients in large bowl and mix well.

Stir in chopped meat. Stir in cheese.

Pour into pie shell(s). Top with more cheese if desired. Bake for 40 minutes.
