SPRINGERLE COOKIES 
4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
4 c. flour or more to roll out
1/4 tsp. anise oil or more
1 tsp. honey
2 tsp. baking powder

Beat eggs, add sugar. Beat well. Add butter and anise oil, then honey. Add flour and baking powder. Add more flour if needed to roll out. Use a springerle rolling pin or pressed spingerle board. Put on ungreased pan, let stand 6 or more hours to dry. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
