POTATO SALAD 
4 lbs. boiling potatoes, peeled
Salt
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. diced onion or 1/2 c. green onion
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
6-8 lg. eggs, hard cooked and chopped
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish (optional)
6 radishes

Cook potatoes with 1 1/2 teaspoon salt until tender, 15-20 minutes. Drain and cool completely.

Combine dressings, onion, celery, mustard, pepper, 1/4 teaspoon salt, relish, radishes, cubed potatoes, sugar, eggs. Toss together. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish.
