EVERLASTING COLE SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage
1 carrot
2 sm. onions
1 c. celery, chopped
1 green pepper
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut all vegetables fine and mix well. Add all other ingredients, mix well and store, covered in the refrigerator and use as needed. Will keep for quite a while.
