NAOMI CORNBREAD 
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. light brown sugar
3/4 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. chopped pecans

In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Grease (Crisco shortening, not oil) and flour 3 quart baking dish. Pour ingredients (mixture) into baking dish. Bake at 275 degrees for 45 minutes.
